Weaving
At Suryamithran Fabrics, we have a state-of-the-art in-house weaving unit equipped with 9 highperformance Picanol Air-Jet looms, and a tie-up capacity with over 300 looms, including Picanol
(Omni), GTX, Sulzer, Sourav and Somet models for indigenous weaving qualities.
Our loom capabilities include crank, cam, and dobby configurations with single, double and triple
beam options, and the ability to accommodate up to 8 weft feeders and up to 20 shafts in auto loom.
Our weaving capabilities encompass a broad range of yarns and fabrics, including plain, drill, sateen, and dobby weaves with counts ranging from 6s to 100s, in single and ply yarns, and with
a variety of fiber compositions including 100% cotton, Viscose, Modal, Lycra core-spun, and Polyester blends, as well as filament yarns.
Our weaving capacity is more than 500,000 meters per month.
Dyeing
Our firm has a dyeing tie-up with capacity of almost 50 Tons with Dyeing units with GOTS, OEKO
TEX, GRS and M&S certifications. Accurate color matching can be done with advanced capability
machines.
We have tie-up with various Dyeing and Processing units.
